Cancellation Policy

We work hard to see our patients as quickly as possible, but appointments are in high demand.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call as far in advance as possible so that we can offer the time reserved for you to someone else who needs it. Failure to do so will incur a charge and may affect future appointments that we are able to offer you.​​

Effective 1st April 2025, we will charge full price for appointments that are missed or not cancelled within 24 hours.

We offer a free email and text notification service to remind you of your appointment time and date to help reduce missed appointments.

I’m not happy with the treatment I received, what do I do?

We operate a “no niggle” policy at the clinics so if you feel that something isn’t right after your treatment then please let us know as soon as possible so that we can fix it. The vast majority of patients will not have a problem after treatment however everyone’s feet are different and the last thing we want is for you to be uncomfortable. We do not charge for check ups where an issue is reported within a week of treatment. If you have any other issues, please contact the clinic by phone or in writing and we will be happy to address any concerns that you may have.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Our staff deserve to go to work without fear of abuse. We expect them to be treated with dignity, courtesy and respect. Just as our patients would expect to be treated by us. We reserve the right to decline treatment to anyone as a result of their attitude or behaviour towards our team.
